Thank you for your interest in the DW-X Promotion on Document Women. Before participating, please carefully review and understand the following terms and conditions:

  1. Eligibility: The DW-X Promotion is open to all women-owned, women-led and/or women-focused SMEs (Small and Medium Scale Business)
  2. Promotion Period: The promotion period ends December 31st, 2023. Entries received outside of this period will not be considered.
  3. Application Process: To apply, please carefully follow the instructions provided on the application form. Only valid applications submitted through the designated channels will be considered for participation.
  4. Participation Benefits: The benefits for selected businesses include;
  5. Selection will be based on the criteria (eligibility) outlined above.
  6. Notification: Only selected businesses will be notified through the contact information provided during the application process. If a selected business cannot be contacted or does not claim the promotional benefits within the specified timeframe, an alternate selection may be made.
  7. Use of Business Information: By participating in the DW-X Promotion, you consent to the collection, use, and disclosure of your business information for the purpose of administering the promotion.
  8. Disqualification: We reserve the right to disqualify any business or individual who violates these terms and conditions, provides false information, or engages in fraudulent activities.
  9. Limitation of Liability: We are not responsible for any loss or damage arising from your participation in the DW-X Promotion or the use of any promotional benefits.
  10. Modification or Termination: We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the DW-X Promotion at any time without prior notice.
  11. Governing Law: These terms and conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Nigeria. Any disputes arising from the DW-X Promotion shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Nigeria.

By participating in the DW-X Promotion, you agree to comply with these terms and conditions. If you do not agree with any of the terms, please refrain from participating.
